    Turning 28 Years Old

On Friday, Dec 1st I am turning 28 years old and I feel the same. When the conversation of age comes up, a lot of people use it as a scale of maturity or wisdom. I hate to think that someone who is 16 years old, lives on the streets, and has to fend for food and shelter every day is not as knowledgeable or mature as someone in their 60’s who has live off their parents fortune and has never worked a day in their life. Age is just a number, just like your weight is just a number, your college GPS is just a number, how much money…

Quest Nutrition Cinnamon Roll Cereal Bar

Review: My first reaction was that this bar can not replace the honey nut cheerios and fruit loops cereal bars with the frosting on the bottom from my child hood. Only the ‘cool’ kids had those for snack time in the morning. But I thought why not try. These bars have been out for a little while now but I just couldn’t take the leap due to price, and the size of the bar. I have posted a picture of my vision board above but I have also listed down below what those images mean. Help me…

My Phase 1 Results Meal Plan F Weight Update: +1.5 lbsInches Lost: 13 inches Phase 1 Overall Opinion:I have one word for this program, difficult. Definitely not for beginners, but if you have a very strong Why, then you can push yourself through the first hurdles.
